Governor Tate Reeves has signed an executive order closing Mississippi’s public schools until April 17th.
Reeves said, “Now is the time for us to understand the seriousness of COVID-19. Closing the schools provides a four week period to evaluate further effects of this particular virus. I will tell you, this is not a decision that I take lightly. ”
