20 to 30-thousand people typically line the streets of Pascagoula for the Jackson County Carnival Association’s parade, but that won’t be happening in 2021. The Gautier Men’s Club are cancelling their parade, as well…though both Krewe’s plan to hold their balls. The St. Paul Carnival Association in Pass Christian had already announced their cancellation, as well as The Krewe of Nereids in Bay St. Louis/Waveland, The North Bay Carnival Association in D’Iberville and the Second Liners Marching Club in Biloxi.
